Lattica terms and conditions

1. About Lattica

Lattica is a free application ("the App") provided at no charge. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. No warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer of Lattica expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to:

• any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement;
• that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components;
• that any data you store or process using the App will be accurate, complete, or secure.

3. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the developer of Lattica shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App. This includes, without limitation:

• loss of data or data corruption;
• loss of profits, revenue, or business;
• indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind;
• any other loss arising from your use of the App, even if the developer has been advised of the possibility of such loss.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

4. Your data

You are solely responsible for any data you create, store, or manage using the App. The developer does not back up your data and accepts no responsibility for data loss. You are encouraged to maintain your own backups of any important information.

5. Changes to the App and these terms

The App is provided free of charge and may be updated, changed, or discontinued at any time without notice. These Terms may also be updated from time to time. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
